When I was Chief Executive of Tesco Clothing, Jo worked for me as Head of HR for 8 years. During that time she worked in 3 different businesses in both the UK and Europe managing the startup of new teams and the development of fast growing businesses.
Jo has been working for our business offering part time HR support for over a year. We have 60 members of staff and needed some dedicated HR resource to support our growth and ensure the right people processes and practices were in place. Due to Jo’s knowledge and experience, Jo has been able to pick up the full remit of HR from working with the Board of Directors to completing the required administration.
