Hi, I’m Sian, I’m an experienced HR professional having worked in HR for over 20 years partnering senior business leaders to help shape and deliver their HR strategy. I have worked in various sectors with a multitude of cultures and in both HR Business Partnering roles and Specialist roles.
I enjoy helping employers find solutions that strikes the balance between being commercial and doing the right thing for their people. Every company is different and no people are the same. My drive is to really understand what is going on, what is needed and help find the right solution for all parties.
My strengths lie in employee relations, organisational design and change projects, diversity and inclusion, performance management and talent programmes. I am also an accredited Emergenetics practitioner, as well as Belbin, Myers Briggs and Insights Discovery. I really enjoy finding out more about people and helping build stronger relationships in teams.
I am a member of CIPD and have a degree and Masters in Human Resource Management.
I have two daughters and two step sons so family life is busy but I love nothing more than making a huge roast dinner and then trying to find some time to go running and supporting Liverpool football club.
