I am a pragmatic and commercially focused HR leader. I have over 20 years experience in HR and I have worked in HR leadership roles in fast paced organisations in both multi-nationals and smaller organisations. I have a proven track record in leading teams and designing and delivering effective organisational change. I am a leader in people strategy, organisation design, people management, performance management and change.
I have held many senior HR roles at Tesco Stores Ltd and Molson Coors UK before setting up Brocklehurst HR. With Brocklehurst HR I have been working with a number of clients including FCA regulated Insurance businesses in London, Marketing companies and Independent retailers.
I enjoy working in all types of environments and my experience has encompassed Retail, FMCG, Marketing and Financial Services.
I believe in finding simple commercial solutions for businesses. I work at all levels including at Board level helping to transfer strategic and operational needs into simple people practices and plans.
I am a member of CIPD and have a Masters in Human Resource Management. I am also trained in profiling tools including Insights Discovery, Motivational Maps, Belbin and Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
I have 3 young children and in my spare time I enjoy exercising, holidays in the sun and the snow as well as cycling and walking with the family.
