Hi, I’m Georgie, an experienced HR leader with over 12 years’ experience. I have worked in HR leadership roles across a number of fast-growth, global organisations spanning a variety of different sectors including Financial and Professional services. I have worked extensively at both strategic and operational HR levels, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, delivering pragmatic and bespoke solutions to clients.
My strengths lie in developing people strategy & organisation design, employee engagement, performance and change management. I particularly enjoy working with fast-paced, fast-growth organisations, helping organisations to navigate the challenges this brings, balancing commerciality with culture and Employee Experience.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Equestrian Sports Science from the University of the West of England and am a member of the CIPD with a diploma in Human Resource Management.
Outside of work I have 3 young children, a dog and a horse who all keep me equally busy!
