I am a bit of a jack of all trades, having worked in Accountancy & Finance and Exporting for approximately 4 years before finding a love of working in Recruitment.
I bring in excess of 9 years Recruitment Experience, based on site at high profile clients such as AstraZeneca and Virgin Media, being involved with all aspects from initial candidate attraction right through to on-boarding, inductions and payroll.
I enjoy ‘getting the job done’, and have a proven track record in turning around poorly performing client accounts in to efficient well established recruitment functions through honest & clear communication, accurate documentation & processes, good organisation and an ability to understand client needs.
I am mum to 2 crazy boys and a Spaniel, so it will come as no surprise that in my spare time I like to be out running marathons, walking and generally doing anything to find some peace and quiet! I am also a huge fan of obstacle & mud racing; as well as enjoying good food and gin!
