What is Clarity 4D profiling?
Clarity 4D uses personality profiling to unlock a heightened level of self-understanding, highlighting everyone’s individual personality style and communication preferences. Each colour refers to a different element, based on Carl Jung’s four psychological types and our preferred way of behaving. This theory surmises that unique characteristics belong to each element and this can be seen in our resulting behaviours and preferences in life and work.
While we may possess a stronger preference for one element, it’s important to note that we tend to have a blend of each and we can adapt depending on the situation.
How does Clarity 4D training work?
In addition to the HR Consultancy services we offer at Brocklehurst HR, I am also an accredited Clarity 4D Business Partner.
Recently, I led a Clarity 4D session with Honest Communications, a PR and social media agency based in Derby. The session involved a two hour, interactive workshop with the whole team, with lots of opportunity for open discussion. Before your group session, all team members will take a short personality questionnaire that generates an in-depth, personalised report for each individual, helping the team to understand more about themselves and each other. Each individual will learn how they are perceived by fellow colleagues and managers, how they want to be communicated with and how best to collaborate as a team.
